Integrated into the development team, as a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the seamless integration of software development and IT operations – stable, scalable, efficient.

Role

Your Tasks

  • Development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions)
  • Automation of build, test, and deployment processes
  • Introduction of best practices in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
  • Implementation and maintenance of monitoring and logging systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
  • Analysis of system metrics and proactive troubleshooting
  • Support for incident management and performance optimization
  • Integration of security checks into the development process (DevSecOps)
  • Management of access rights and secrets (e.g., with Vault)
  • Close collaboration with developers, product owners, and IT teams
  • Documentation of processes and system architectures
Requirements

What you bring

  • Several years of professional experience in DevOps, system administration, or software development
  • Good knowledge of at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (Python, Bash, Go, or JavaScript)
  • Experience with version control (Git)
  • Calm, reliable, and solution-oriented personality
  • Fluent English, German an advantage

Compensation · Full-time
€ 3,954.–
gross/month · KV IT · overpayment possible
Remuneration is based on the collective agreement in the field of services in automatic data processing and information technology, with willingness to overpay depending on qualification and experience.
