Prices and Licenses

What does the MoversSurvey field license cost?

The field license costs €89.90 per month per user and includes the full functionality of MoversSurvey MDE as well as map material for a federal state of your choice. Billing is monthly and can be canceled at any time.

Can I cancel the MoversSurvey field license monthly?

Yes. The license is billed monthly and can be canceled at any time at the end of the current billing month – there is no minimum term.

For which federal states is map material available?

All 9 Austrian and all 16 German federal states are available. A federal state of your choice is already included in the MoversSurvey field license.

How do I extend my license to include another federal state?

Via the "Bundesland" map package for €149.00 as a one-time purchase – it will be activated for your license after ordering. An active MoversSurvey field license is a prerequisite.

What does a map update cost and is it mandatory?

A map update costs €49.00 once per federal state and update. There is no update obligation and no ongoing costs – you decide when an update makes sense for your project.

What does Kermit GeoAI cost?

There is no list price for Kermit GeoAI because the system is set up based on your data model and geo-workflows. You will receive an individual offer after a free initial consultation.

Are the whitepapers subject to a fee?

No. Our whitepapers on GeoAI, BIM-GIS integration, and mobile field data collection are available for free download.

Testing and Getting Started

Can I test Kermit GeoAI?

Yes – as a pilot project with a fixed timeframe and fixed price, as Kermit GeoAI is set up based on your data structure and geo-workflows. The pilot costs will be credited against a subsequent implementation.

Can I try MoversSurvey before buying?

Yes. You can book a free demo or use MoversSurvey in a pilot project on a section before rolling it out across the board.

What does an initial consultation cost and how does it work?

The initial consultation is free and non-binding: We clarify your initial situation and openly state if and where we can provide added value. You can book an appointment directly via our contact page.

Technology

What are the system requirements for Kermit GeoAI?

Kermit GeoAI runs as a native QGIS plugin from QGIS 3.44 and is operated locally in your own infrastructure. Prior GIS knowledge is not required for use.

On which devices does MoversSurvey run?

MoversSurvey runs on iOS, Android, and on the web and is fully offline-capable. Map areas are downloaded before field deployment, and data is automatically synchronized later.

What formats does MoversSurvey export to and how does the data get into the GIS?

Export is possible to GeoJSON, PDF, and Excel. The collected data flows directly into existing QGIS and PostGIS workflows instead of through manual imports.

Data, Data Protection, and Compliance

Where is our data stored?

MoversSurvey is developed and operated in Austria; project data remains in controlled infrastructure without being passed on to third parties. Kermit GeoAI runs on-premise – your network and existing data do not leave your own infrastructure.

Is the use GDPR and EU AI Act compliant?

Both solutions are implemented in compliance with GDPR. Kermit GeoAI documents every analysis with a complete chain of evidence and Human-in-the-Loop approval and is designed to meet the traceability and oversight requirements of the EU AI Act (Arts. 12 and 14).

Ordering, Invoicing, and Provision

How do I receive my order – is there shipping?

Our products are digital: Whitepapers are available for immediate download, licenses and map material are activated by email within 48 hours of order confirmation. Optional hardware for field data collection is delivered by individual arrangement.

Are the stated prices net or gross?

All prices stated in the shop are gross prices and include VAT. The displayed tax can be found in the order confirmation and on the invoice.

Can I order on account as a corporate customer?

For 8 or more licenses, purchasing on account is possible by arrangement – send your inquiry to vertrieb@movinglayers.eu. Smaller orders are paid directly in the shop.

How can I return or cancel an order?

Since our products are provided digitally or performed individually, we clarify returns and cancellations directly with you – write to vertrieb@movinglayers.eu. You can also cancel the MoversSurvey field license at any time at the end of the current billing month.
