Kermit GeoAI extends your existing geodata landscape — it does not replace it. Kermit builds on cleanly captured and well-prepared geodata and makes it analysable. It grew out of our own practice in infrastructure and geodata work and is today a product for infrastructure, existing assets, and operations.

The foundation: cleanly captured and well-prepared geodata

The quality of the answers depends entirely on the quality of the data underneath: structured capture, consistent preparation, brought together in a shared data model. That is what the rest of our portfolio is for — from structured field capture with MoversSurvey through administered geodatabases (PostGIS, QGIS) to data maintenance, requirements management and migration in day-to-day operations. Where that foundation is missing, we build it with you before Kermit comes into play.

What Kermit GeoAI does

Kermit translates natural language questions directly into complete geodata analyses — without requiring the user to know every analysis step:

“Which pipeline sections in Zone A have not been inspected for more than three years and are located in areas with elevated subsidence risk?”

The agent plans the complete analysis sequence before the first step is executed — all data sources, all processing rules, all intermediate results. Expertise is not just applied — it becomes scalable.

Three design principles

• On-Premise — Your network and asset data never leave your infrastructure. Non-negotiable for infrastructure operators with sensitive data.
• Human-in-the-Loop — At defined checkpoints, the domain expert reviews and approves. The system supports, the decision stays with the human.
• Complete chain of evidence — Every analysis documents data sources, parameters, and regulatory references. No black box. Auditable under EU AI Act (Art. 12 & 14).
